2017 Winter Rosé, Willamette Valley

Rosé isn’t just for summer! In fact, it’s one of the best food pairing wines for the cold winter months. We farm and make this rosé purposefully with hearty winter food pairings in mind.

Comforting aromas of pomegranate, cinnamon, clove, and hibiscus flowers fill the glass with accents of cranberry, blood orange pith, and a touch of savory and rosemary on the palate. This barrel-aged rosé is fruit forward yet savory, with vibrant acidity and a fuller-bodied texture – perfect for pairing with roasted meats and winter vegetables.
