2016 Chardonnay, Willamette Valley

2016 Chardonnay, Willamette Valley

Precision and texture. Meyers lemon, brûlée'd pear, dried mango, honeyed toast, and hawaiian lei flowers, are accented with a dash of thyme and petrol. On the palate this wine has laser precision juxtaposed with a kiss of fresh cream, slate, and crushed oyster shell salinity on the finish. The finish lingers and brings you back wanting more.
