Power and finesse from the high elevation rock blocks of the Eastern Willamette Valley. Fresh Kiwi, champagne mangoes, d’anjou pears, and jackfruit are accented by lime blossom, elderflower, field dandelions, fresh cut hay, saffron, and vanilla bean. The finish is textured with delicious limestone minerality.

Delicious with:  pasta with cream sauce, lobster, paella, pork chops, and wild mushrooms

Aged 11 months in 100% French Oak (20% new oak)

Featured clones: Dijon 76, 95, and 96

30-day fermentation

Full malolactic fermentation – six months
