DRINK WINE

IT’S OUR LOVE LANGUAGE.

2021 Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley

Fresh picked Rainier cherries, red currants, boysenberries, and crushed red roses are accented by thyme, cherry blossoms, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, graphite, and a twist of blood orange peel. On the palate this wine is stylish and velvety, with lively acidity and a squeeze of fine tannin.

2022 Winter Rosé, Willamette Valley

Rosé isn’t just for summer! In fact, it’s one of the best food pairing wines for the winter months. Aromas of salted cranberry, rose water, orange peel, savory herbs, and hibiscus flowers. This barrel-aged rosé is fresh and fruit forward yet savory, with vibrant acidity and a fuller-bodied texture.

2021 Chardonnay, Willamette Valley

Aromas of dragonfruit, lemon custard, tiny white field flowers, shortbread cookies, and wet slate, are accented with flavors of Meyer lemon zest, Asian pear, honeydew melon, lemon Italian ice, and lemongrass. Refreshing acidity upfront and a kiss of minerality on the lingering finish.
