Step 1: Login In to your Account Here! (You can find this link hazelfern.com under the club tab)

Step 2: Click “Forgot my password”

Step 3: Use the email that this email was sent to

Step 4: Reset your password

Step 5: Log In using the link above with your new password

Step 6: On the first page when you login you will see your preferred payment, shipping methods and whether you are planning to pickup or ship.

Step 7: Click “View Packages”

Step 8: Click “Select Wines” to customize your allocation

Step 9: Double check your selections, shipping address and payment methods

Step 10: Click process now and we will get your package processed now!
